Rebecca's Top Five #1

This is something i have experienced quite a lot the last couple of days, and as always when it comes to a girl being in a bad mood, there is no specific reason for it. And first of all, I would like to say that it's just as annoying for us ladies as it is you all you men out there. haha.

So I've been thinking about things you can do to make yourself feel better, so here is my top five things i do to make myself feel better. :)

1, Give your mum or dad a call and cry about how much your life sucks. This works every time, because at first they feel sorry for you and they say the sweetest things, but then after you've stopped crying, they actually give you some pretty good advice and they say nice things about you.

2, Bake or cook something you like. I love cooking, so this works for me. And bonus, you get to eat when you're done!

3, Hug your boyfriend/girlfriend, everyone likes to be close to someone, and most people loves hugs. FACT! so hug someone you like for about 20 minutes, and you'll feel so much better.

4, Exercise. No, i don't mean go to the gym and work your ass off for 2 hours. Well, that would probably work as well, but just go for a walk, 20 minutes is enough. you always feel better after a walk. You might even see some cute dogs. bonus!

5, Read a book, watch a film works as well, but it's not the same, because when you're reading you use your imagination as well, so it's like you're in another world for a little while. So automatically you mind will stop thinking about all the shit going on around you and focus on what's in your book.
