I'm going on a diet, not because I want to get thinner, not because I hate my body or my looks. I'm going on a diet because I love my body, and because I'm going to live with my body forever. So I want to feel good and healthy. We only live ones, so I want to feel as good as I possible can.
And my first step is to go on a diet for a few weeks. So I don't feel like eating sweets/crisps/ice cream and other things like that all the time.
